If you are ordering a personalised leather product, you will find drop down menus on the order page for you to make your choices. For hand dyed products you will choose your hand dyed leather colour and stitching thread colour. There will be text blocks for you to type the personalisation available for your ordered product such as initials and / or date to be embossed, or a laser engraved name.

Some products, such as book covers have various sizes, and you will be able to specify the size you want to order. Some book covers allow for custom sizes.

If the product you are choosing has additonal options such as closures, pen holders or RFID blocking (for wallets), these options and their price will also be on the ordering page. To monitor the final price after you have added your options, just scroll to the top of the page once you have made your selections and you will see the price has changed to reflect thisi.

The estimated making time is noted below the "ADD TO CART" on the order page. Once Fiona receives your order for your personalised leather piece, Fiona will contact you by telephone, email or text to confirm the details and advise her making time. If you need it earlier than the making time, she can advise if this is possible. At busy times a rush fee may apply.

This means we guarantee your Sparrowhawk Leather piece will do what it is made to do, for a reasonable length of time given reasonable use and leather care.

Your Sparrowhawk Leather piece will match the photograph and descriptions on our website, except for the natural variations found in leather, through hand dyeing, and any customisation that you have requested. i.e. colour. It will give you a reasonable amount of service given reasonable use and leather care.

If there is a problem with your Sparrowhawk Leather piece, please contact us. If your piece has been used in a reasonable fashion for its function, and you have taken care of the leather in line with our Care Instruction, in most circumstances we will repair your piece free of charge.
